Abstract Review

We invite researchers, academicians, and industry professionals to submit original and unpublished work relevant to the conference themes.

• • The abstract must present original research that has not been published or previously presented.
• • All submissions must be written in English.
• • Maximum word limit: 300 words.
• • The abstract must include:
• • Clear and concise title
• • Full names of authors
• • Institutional affiliations
• • Structured summary (Objectives, Methodology, Results, Conclusion (where applicable)
• • Authors must strictly follow the official abstract submission template.

After submission, each abstract undergoes an initial assessment by the Organizing Committee to verify:

• • Compliance with submission guidelines.
• • Alignment with conference themes.
• • Completeness of required information.

Abstracts that pass the initial screening are subjected to a double-blind peer review process.

• • Each submission is reviewed by at least two independent experts.
• • Reviewers are selected based on their expertise in the relevant subject area.
• • Both authors and reviewers remain anonymous throughout the process.

• Scientific Quality: Sound methodology and robust analysis.
• Relevance: Alignment with conference themes and impact on the field.
• Clarity: Well-defined objectives, methodology, results, and conclusions.
• Innovation: Originality and contribution to new knowledge.

Final decisions are made based on reviewers’ recommendations:

• • Authors will receive notification within 7–10 days of submission.
• • Decision categories may include: Accepted (Oral), Accepted (Poster), or Revision Required.

Accepted abstracts will be scheduled for:

• • Plenary Presentation
• • Keynote Presentation
• • Oral Presentation
• • Poster Presentation
